      German Small Business Lending Platform Creditshelf Closes Its IPO

      Creditshelf is a German marketplace lending platform that launched in 2015. While it has originated just €58 million in loans this week it closed its IPO raising €16.5 million at €80.00 per share. This marks the second European fintech IPO this month as Portuguese platform Raize began trading in Lisbon just this week. Creditshelf’s shares will begin trading on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange on July 25th, 2018. Source.
